Alternative Dispute Resolution & Escalation
Where a complaint cannot be resolved directly with GRS Insulation Limited, customers may have access to further independent dispute resolution depending upon the nature of the work and complaint.
For renewable energy installations covered by our RECC membership, eligible unresolved complaints can be escalated through the Renewable Energy Consumer Code complaints and dispute resolution process, including access to Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) where applicable.
